The immediate impact of the hotel is sheer luxury. Beautiful surrounding and wonderful welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble our needs were not just met but anticipated. I would recommend the hotel, the food and the lovely staff highly to anyone considering a holiday in Borneo.
